Mami’s 305 was founded as both a tribute and a turning point — a way to honor family, heritage, and the belief that it is never too late to reinvent yourself.
After more than two decades practicing law, the founder of Mami’s 305 began a new chapter inspired by her mother, whose influence shaped not only her love of food but her appreciation for tradition, intention, and hospitality. Following her mother’s passing, Diana relocated to Miami and recognized an opportunity to build something meaningful: a catering company rooted in legacy, yet designed for a modern, dynamic clientele.
What began with a notebook of cherished family recipes evolved into a broader culinary philosophy.
